KAYLAN Polyurethane can be manufactured in a variety of sheet sizes, grades, colours and thickness as required. Sheeting is used for a variety of applications from scrapers and wear screens to mudflaps and gaskets. We offer a full cutting service on our sheet products.
Standard Hardness range is A30-D75 and cast sheets start in thickness from 1mm upwards.
We manufactured by a wide variety of methods including centrifugal casting, closed mould casting, open casting and also extrusion.
Standard Cast sizes include but are not limited to:-

- 1500mm x 1000mm
- 2000mm x 1000mm
- 1300mm x 1300mm
- 3000mm x 1000mm
- 3100mm x 610mm
- 4000mm x 640mm
Extruded sheet starts at 250 microns up to 3mm
