Feel the force with
Sam's Silverstone Challenge
On the week leading up to the Silverstone Grand Prix weekend Sam will be driving his power chair from his home in Diss to the Silverstone circuit, a distance of 109 miles. He will be camping out along the way and stopping in at various places along the way. The money raised will go to the Motability charity and has been designated to help our injured men and women from the British armed forces. All those who make a donation will be entered into a raffle to win prizes donated by the companies helping Sam to succeed in his challenge.

2014 has been an eventfull year here at Kaydee, with new team members, the further growth and development of our Design and machine tooling departments and the expansion of our Marine division. Aswell as bringing new business opportunities, this last year has brought new challenges. In 2015 we will continue our development of in house systems for Sales, Design and Production. As we focus on providing a complete 'Design to delivery' service we will continue to invest in the development of our entire team, with the aim of providing our customers with the best possible service.
We look forward to another great year in 2015.

This month sees a further integration of our sales and design processes and the arrival of Justin Herd, our new technical sales administrator. With a background of bespoke design and production in Process Engineering and Naval Architecture/ Manufacture, Justin aims to bring a connective understanding of the sales- design- manufacture process and further maintain our commitment to providing world class products and services.
“As we develop and integrate our Sales, Design and Manufacturing Processes and extend the use of CAD CAM alongside design & sales reference data basing, we increase our ability to understand our customers’ needs and industry specific requirements.” J.Herd
As we integrate the ‘Solidworks’ software into our design process we are seeing a wealth of opportunities to not only improve our efficacy and efficiency, but also to improve design communication with our customers through the use of 3D rendering and animation. We are also making use of ‘edrawings’ to provide active documents which allow our customers to review, rotate designs in 3D, create section drawings, mark up and measure.
